Workshop 6: Insurance solutions

Description

This workshop will focus on insurance companies as investors in private equity funds and the structures that General Partners (GPs) have been establishing to attract this capital in light of applicable insurance regulatory considerations. Panellists will also discuss increased acquisition of insurance companies by private equity managers and their involvement in sidecar structures.
