Biography

Chi Chang is General Counsel at SALI Fund Management. Founded in 2002, SALI collaborates with with asset managers, insurance companies, and insurance brokers to structure and offer US tax compliant insurance dedicated funds (IDFs) for distribution to high net worth individuals, corporate-owned life insurance (COLI), insurance company-owned life insurance (ICOLI), bank-owned life insurance (BOLI), and partnership-owned life insurance (POLI). SALI currently manages $33bn AUM across 175+ IDFs for major life insurance company PPVA and PPLI separate account platforms, both US onshore and offshore. Prior to SALI, Chi worked in-house at Spinnaker Capital and in private practice with Linklaters and Dewey LeBoeuf. Chi holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Texas.
