It is essential for commercial dispute resolution lawyers, in the increasingly complex and interconnected world, to be able to navigate the cross-border, transnational litigation landscape. This panel will consider current hot topics in transnational disputes including judicial reform in Mexico; the treatment of online material depicting violence in Australia; conflict of laws in a copyright infringement case relating to a Hollywood blockbuster; judicial comity in Canadian courts; litigation involving tech giants in India as well as important case law from the SICC.
