Call for submissions: panel on transnational litigation
We are seeking submissions for speaking slots for the session titled 'The latest in transnational litigation' during the IBA Annual Litigation Forum: The future of litigation in Singapore on 9-11 April 2025.
This session will follow the format of the recent Amsterdam panel, where speakers from various jurisdictions discussed key case law. It will focus once again on recent developments in transnational litigation, and we are inviting submissions of case law across any area of law or industry. We request brief summaries (one to two paragraphs) of recent significant case law developments in your jurisdictions, especially those with broader transnational relevance. Please submit your summaries by 18 October 2024, as we need to finalise speakers soon.
