Description

While global trade faces an increasing number of crises, its actors search reliable and efficient institutions to resolve their disputes. What criteria should guide them to choose a forum? This session will compare the solutions offered by several major legal forums specialising in the resolution of cross-border disputes.  It will take place in the International Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court.

The IBA Litigation Committee have organised three sessions and one joint session with the IBA Class Actions Committee to be held at the International Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court on Tuesday 31 October.

Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first come first served basis. Registered conference delegates can register register here or at the Speaker Register desk.  Please note all attendees will require their passport or official ID card for the appropriate security checks at the courts.  Further information on transport will be provided nearer the time, however, please note transport will only be provided to the Court for arrival at 10:30am for the first session and at 5:30pm for departure back to the conference centre.
