Description

As businesses navigate heightened regulatory scrutiny and geopolitical uncertainty, the general counsel’s office is expected to translate legal risk into business impact and support decision-making at speed. This panel will explore boardroom expectations from general counsel, how in-house teams assess and prioritise regulatory and legal exposure and what ‘good’ looks like in external counsel support. It will also share practical guidance on building enduring general counsel relationships and becoming the trusted, go-to adviser.
