Description
In this interactive panel discussion, lawyers on the leading edge of the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution will discuss how AI is shaping the practice of law and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on how AI may support access to justice across the legal profession. Issues to be considered with include how AI is shaping the resolution of consumer disputes; how courts and other dispute resolution systems are using AI to improve access to justice; how privacy and legal privilege concerns arising with the use of AI in dispute resolution are being addressed; and how large law firms are utilising AI to make efficiency gains that benefit their clients.
