Session details
All IBA Officers of sections, committees, fora and bar associations are invited to attend.
This session will take on the form of a round tbale meeting and will report on the findings from the recently published Wellbeing Report of the IBA Professional Wellbeing Commission. Despite a growing body of research evidence on effective wellbeing interventions, the report's findings demonstrate that law firms often take a largely reactive approach to managing wellbeing issues. The session will look at an alternative strategy enabling them to move to a more engaged and proactive approach to workplace wellbeing. It will also look at the role that Bar Associations and other organisations involved in the legal profession can support law firms in adopting this new approach.
