All IBA officers of sections, committees and fora are invited to attend this Q&A session on how to be a successful officer, best-practices guides by fellow officers, and the opportunity to network with other committee officers. The session will allow for discussions on areas relevant to IBA officers, both long-standing and new, and ensure that officers receive the information relevant to them and their work.

Topics will include:

• working with the IBA office and who the relevant contacts are
• general policies to be aware of
• conference planning
• special project planning
• budgets and funds
• communication with members, and;
• committee online presence.

Attendance is strongly recommended to all officers of IBA committees.
