Christian Ritschka

Biography

Christian Ritschka joined DORDA as a student in 2005 and became an associate in 2009. Admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2013, he became a partner at DORDA in 2017 and managing partner in 2026. He is an expert for national and cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on distressed M&A, private equity and venture capital investments as well as joint ventures. Christian advises both national and international clients, from start-ups to multinational companies. Industries covered particularly include technology, IT, energy, raw materials, and retail. Further, Christian is a member of DORDA's Digital Industries Group and DORDA's Energy & Resources Group. From 2013 to 2014, Christian expanded his international network by joining Kirkland & Ellis in New York. Christian is a member of the Austrian Bar and the international young lawyers association AIJA. He is also a university lecturer at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna.
