Biography

I am a litigation partner in the London office of Fieldfisher LLP a full service European law firm. I specialise in fraud and investigations with a particular focus on the finance sector and the interplay between the civil, criminal and regulatory consequences of a single factual matrix. I regularly work with overseas counsel and clients to assist in identifying the different regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and the impact that these differences have on the required policies and procedures of financial institutions.
