Biography

André is a managing associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. With more than 10 years’ experience, he specialises in corporate finance, banking and capital markets regulatory, bank resolution, trade finance and debt restructuring. André has provided advice to international credit institutions and financial companies on banking and financial regulatory law. He has also handled M&A transactions in the banking and financial sectors, as well as bank resolution processes and cross-border financing operations. André has a master’s in legal-financial sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and an LL.M. in international business law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa
