Biography

I am currently an Executive in Residence at Balderton Capital, a leading European Technology Venture Capital Investor. I joined Balderton in 2018 as its first Head of Legal before becoming an EIR in 2022. I was previously a partner at Nabarro (now CMS), during which time I served two terms on its management board, and then at Marriott Harrison where I helped to build its technology venture capital practice. I have participated in the IBA for many years, including serving as Co-Chair of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee.
