A dual qualified Northern Ireland and Ireland litigator, specialising in media law, technology disputes, telecoms disputes and commercial litigation. A qualified Solicitor Advocate with over 20 years experience of litigating in the UK Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and First Instance courts. In addition to the extensive litigation experience, expertise includes advising on prebroadcast and prepublication content for mainstream media organisations and advising on platform content liability.
