Biography

Brigitta Varadinek attended universities in Nice (DEUG) and Paris (Panthéon-Sorbonne: Licence, Maîtrise) and Berlin (state examen, doctor degree). Before cofounding lindenpartners, she was a partner for many years at Haarmann, Hemmelrath. Her areas of practice are litigation, arbitration, data privacy, IT and intellectual property. She advises banks, industrial companies and the public sector in national and international litigation, both before the state courts and before arbitration tribunals. She has extensive experience representing financial services providers in defending class actions. She has been intensively involved in green washing cases and claims for damages in the event of data privacy violations. Brigitta is very interested in technical developments and advises numerous digitalisation projects, especially in the field of AI and open data. Brigitta is committed to diversity and is active in women's networks. She also works pro bono for refugees.
