Biography

A graduate of the Bucharest University and London School of Economics (LSE). Initially trained as a diplomat in the Romanian Foreign Office specializing in economic diplomacy and investment law. A private practice lawyer since 1997, specializing in M&A and competition, working with prestigious international law firms in Bucharest and London. Regularly advising international clients in high-value, complex cross-border transactions, investment and commercial arbitration and litigation cases in various industries, including without limitation financial services, construction & infrastructure, energy, retail. A frequent lecturer at local and international conferences, with specific expertise in both international public law and private law.
