Biography

Ketan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Trilegal. He is based in Trilegal’s New Delhi Office. He has a rich experience in arbitration and general commercial litigation including insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented large conglomerates, several banking and financial institutions, private equity funds, foreign investors, Indian and multinational corporations, on a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes. His expertise includes representing and advising clients on shareholder disputes, commercial enforcement proceedings, domestic and international commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, construction and EPC disputes, banking and finance disputes, insolvency proceedings, and writ proceedings. Ketan is registered as a foreign lawyer with the SICC and has had the privilege of acting as Indian law counsel in set-aside proceedings before the SICC.
