Biography

Partner with Kellerhals Carrard (KC), based in Zurich, Switzerland. My practice focuses on M&A- and Venture Capital transactions. Our Startup Desk, which I am leading together with two co-partners in Zurich, advises founders of and investors in technology companies (with a focus on university spin-offs (such as ETH Zurich)). Prior to (re-)joining KC, I finished my LL.M. studies at Columbia Law School in NYC.
