Biography

Andrea is a senior associate with FRM (Facchini Rossi Michelutti) in Milan (Italy). His practice mainly focuses on taxation of M&A, corporate reorganizations, financial instruments, real estate deals, and international taxation. He is admitted to the Milan Bar. He is author of several publications on domestic and international taxation.
