Biography

Eric is BBM’s Managing Partner. He is a well-known commercial lawyer who specialises in commercial litigation and corporate restructuring work. He acts for companies and insolvency practitioners throughout the UK and beyond. Eric has a particular interest, and is well regarded in the field of cross border insolvency. As a result he is regularly instructed to provide advice to foreign lawyers on Scottish insolvency and litigation issues.
