Biography

Mr. Grandi joined Allende & Brea in 2000 while still as student and is the partner in charge of the labor and employment practice. He obtained his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. He has completed the LLM degree in Law & Economics at University Torcuato Di Tella in 2007 and an annual postgraduate labor law course at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to multinational and local companies on labor law issues, such as labor agreements and general labor advice on minimizing labor risks and costs, transfer of employees, negotiation of compensation packages for staff and management, analysis of contingencies under labor law in M&A transactions. Nicolas has also advised companies on high executive’s contracts, management compensation, bonus plans and dismissal agreements.
