Biography

Alexandre Grellier is CEO of Drooms. After having completing studies in Law, Alexandre Grellier began his career at Commerzbank. He then worked as a lawyer for Lehman Brothers both in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and in London, UK, with a particular focus in the fields of Legal & Compliance and Transaction Management. Since 2003, he has been CEO of Drooms, driving the company’s commercial expansion. As a guest speaker Grellier is notably holding talks on the topic of data security, digitisation, legal tech, compliance, transaction management and entrepreneurship. As a leading virtual data room provider Drooms is now leading the third revolution in due diligence bringing artificial intelligence to the transaction business.
