Stephanie Pautke

Biography

Stephanie is co-founding partner of the boutique law firm COMMEO, based in Frankfurt, Germany, specialized on competition law/antitrust matters. Prior to her time at COMMEO, Stephanie was partner in the Frankfurt office of an internation law firm, with scondments to the firm's officies in Washington DC, London and Brussels. Stephanie advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law with a specific industry focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare, chemical and consumer goods sector. Stephanie has been listed for many years as a recommended antitrust lawyer in national and international professional directories including Best Lawyers, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal. Since 2019, the latter recongnizes her as “Global Elite Thought Leader”. The European Commission appointed her as ICN Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) for the period 2024-2025 where she is currently assigned to the Unilateral Conduct Working Group.
