Ajay Singh Solanki has advised and represented clients on Indian employment law matters including executive contracts & compensation structuring, enforcing restrictive covenants, workplace diversity, employee stock options, senior executive exits, confidentiality & IP assignment, expatriate & secondment arrangements, employee transfer and post-merger integration, sexual harassment allegations, employee fraud & bribery, downsizing & layoffs and gig economy issues.
