Elisa Henry is Associate General Counsel, Technology, Commercial and Data Law at WSP. Prior to joining WSP, Elisa was a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais in Canada, where she co-led the firm's privacy and data protection department. With extensive experience in data protection law, responsible AI governance, intellectual property, and technology law, Elisa has been instrumental in advising clients on digital transformation, licensing and complex data protection issues.
