Yvonne Frederiksen
Biography
Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on discrimination law, industrial relations, restrictive covenants, health and safety at work, bonus and incentives as well as collective bargaining. Yvonne heads Norrbom Vinding’s discrimination practice and is an experienced litigator, both before the Danish courts – including the Supreme Court – and the ECJ. She is a member of the committee on procedural law under the Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society, Chair of the Ius Laboris Discrimination Expert Group and former Vice-Chair of the Danish Employment Lawyers. Yvonne is also a frequent speaker on employment and discrimination law issues at conferences, nationally as well as internationally.
