Riccardo Cajola
Biography
Riccardo G. Cajola is name partner of Cajola & Associati, a law firm based in Milan founded in 1966. He is an officer of the Foreign Affairs Section of the Milan Bar Association. Riccardo’s practice is focused on cross-border transactional, tax and commercial work, principally in the area of M&A, transactions and JVs. He frequently advises and represents in Court as well on tax challenges regarding intra-group transfer pricing policies. In addition, Riccardo advises and represents on issues regarding IP rights and has extensive experience in trademark enforcement. Since 2012, Riccardo serves as president of the supervisory board of Epson Italia spa and as member of the supervisory board of several Italian corporations.
