Biography

Gabriella Covino specialises in private M&A, corporate and commercial law and joint ventures. She is the co-Head of the Restructuring department of the Firm. She has a broad experience in restructuring and turnaround matters, advising companies and funds mainly in the distressed M&A transactions. Gabriella graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University LUISS “Guido Carli” of Rome. She also holds a Business Law Degree from U.C.L.A. and an M.J.C. from New York University School of Law. She worked as an international associate for a US firm in Paris. She has also cooperated with IRI – Istituto per la Ricostruzione Industriale S.p.A. in connection with major privatizations. She is Secretary of the Corporate Governance Subcommittee of the M&A Committee and member of the Constitution and Governance Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). She is also Vice President of Banca del Fucino. She is a member of the Italian Bar as well as the New York State Bar.
