Description
Private equity, credit, special situations, real estate and secondaries strategies — including the growing use of continuation funds — in a region where the funds industry is becoming increasingly central to how Latin American businesses are financed and owned. This session will look at fundraising conditions, the structuring and regulatory issues shaping how private capital is deployed and the shifting balance between established foreign funds and a rising generation of local managers.
