Description

One of the key professional skills as a lawyer throughout any legal career is that of establishing and maintaining new/existing client relationships. Every client relationship is idiosyncratic in its own way, and it is therefore important in any legal practice to appreciate and navigate all client relationships in an appropriate manner depending on the specific transaction and overall circumstances.

In this session, our panellists will discuss a number of relevant points as well as provide their own unique experiences in managing client relationships and communications in their everyday professional lives, with a focus on important tips for newly qualified/practising lawyers and experienced lawyers alike.
