Description
This panel will examine the full litigation spectrum from the pre-filing stage of when a company is in distress, to after a debtor has filed an insolvency proceeding and the post confirmation litigation (including fraudulent transfer and preferential transfers). The panel of senior litigators will also provide practical tips in the context of directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability exposure to litigation and cross-border of enforcement/foreign recognition of judgments.
