Description
This session will examine the different litigation and mediation approaches and strategies in resolving shareholder disputes, and consider the advantages and disadvantages of each. The presentations and discussion at the session will consider the extent to which the two dispute resolution methods can be combined in the context of shareholder disputes to bring about an efficient resolution. Shareholder disputes may be uniquely suited to use of a combined method.
