The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) together with the International Bar Association (IBA) invite you to the Business Breakfast: “ReOpen Ukraine 2023”.

The breakfast aims to draw the attention of the world’s legal community, governments, international organizations, and civil society to the measures aimed at restoring the rule of law in Ukraine.

08:00 - 08:15. Keynote speaker. 
•    Bernard-Henri Lévy, a filmmaker and philosopher. One of the leading intellectuals in the world and one of the biggest global supporters of Ukraine for many years. Bernard-Henri Lévy is the filmmaker documentary film about the ravages of war in Ukraine -  SLAVA UKRAINI 

08:15 - 09:15. Compensation for damages caused by the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
Moderator: Mykola Stetsenko, President of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Managing Partner, AVELLUM Law Firm
•    Policy developed by Ukrainian authorities
•    Experience of the Ukrainian private sector in collecting damages
•    Challenges before the international legal community

•    Anton Korynevych, Ambassador-at-large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ukraine’s chief representative on issues related to the international legal prosecution of the Russian Federation
