Description
Latin American investors have incubated highly successful companies in the tech sector for several decades now. Some have reached success and financial stability while others continue to grow through ever-expanding interest and investments from the venture capital. However, venture investors seem to be scaling back new investment, but up-and-coming startups still require new capital to grow. How will a changed investment landscape impact M&A activity in the country change in the business cycle?
