Governments around the world are grappling with the issue of core public infrastructure needing substantive investment at a time of severe fiscal restraint. A common response by governments is to look to the private sector to step in to help fund and deliver the infrastructure needed. This session will traverse the different models used to bring private sector solutions to the public problem, their benefits and pitfalls.
