Biography

Camila Goldberg is a partner at BMA’s Corporate & M&A, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practices area since 2007. She has extensive experience representing national and international companies in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. She also acts in public and private offerings in the capital markets and other equity transactions, as well as in structured financing, debt restructuring and project finance transactions. Camila has also solid experience in “Crisis Management” situations and recently has been developing part of her time to develop an ESG practice.
