Biography

Binsy Susan is a Partner in the arbitration and dispute resolution practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi, India’s leading full-service law firm. She specialises in international commercial arbitration, with vast experience across jurisdictions including India, the US, the UK, UAE, Singapore and Brazil, in sectors such as construction, IT, oil & gas, media, telecom and aviation. She also has a strong litigation practice, representing clients in cutting-edge commercial disputes before various high courts and the Supreme Court of India. Binsy is an Arbitrator empaneled with the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) and Specialist Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). She also serves as a Director on the Board of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, India and Member of the AAA-ICDR India Committee.
