Biography

Leon Winstok is a Director at BLP specializing in privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property. He holds a master’s degree from the Catholic University of Chile and a law degree from the University of Costa Rica. León has extensive experience advising highly regulated companies and technology businesses at both the local and international levels. He is a member of the IAPP Advisory Board and an officer of the IBA Pro Bono Committee.
