Biography

Fausta Maria Albi is a Co-Managing Partner of Larrabee Albi Coker LLP, an AV-rated U.S. immigration law firm based in San Diego, California. She has nearly three decades of experience in U.S. immigration law, with a practice focused primarily on employment-based immigration and global workforce mobility. She advises multinational corporations, emerging companies, universities, research institutions and other employers on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies, immigration compliance, and the mobility implications of corporate transactions and workforce changes. Fausta is a frequent speaker on U.S. immigration law and policy and has held leadership and liaison roles within the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including service as Chair of its San Diego Chapter and in liaison roles with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She serves on the Board of the American Bar Association’s Immigration Justice Project and regularly speaks on business immigration issues. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to practice in California.
