Biography

Katie Newbury has worked in UK immigration law for over 17 years and is a partner in the immigration department at Kingsley Napley LLP where she heads up the private client immigration work for the team. She is recognised as a leading practitioner for high‑net‑worth individuals, families and globally mobile clients in Chambers and Legal 500. Her work covers all areas of UK immigration law but with a particular interest in areas of immigration which intersect with family law and work for clients where there are issues in relation to criminality, including specialist work for clients in the entertainment and sports sectors.
