Biography

I am Managing Partner at Fragomen Poland, with nearly 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on immigration, global mobility, and workforce compliance matters. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate complex immigration frameworks, relocate talent across borders, and build effective international mobility programs. I have also built and led one of the largest immigration and global mobility teams operating within a law firm in Poland. I have been recognized among the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women and the Women in Law Foundation. I am also ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and recognized as a Lexology Index Global Elite Thought Leader in Immigration, reflecting both client feedback and peer recognition within the global immigration community. Beyond client work, I am actively involved in shaping the future of global mobility. I serve as Vice Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and am actively involved in AILA Global Migration Section (GMS) and other international mobility networks. I regularly speak at international conferences, publish articles and commentary on immigration and workforce mobility, and engage with policymakers, business organizations, and industry stakeholders on regulatory developments affecting employers and international talent. I am passionate about helping businesses attract, relocate, and retain global talent while delivering practical, business-focused solutions in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world.
