Biography

My expertise is in Dutch citizenship law. I advise clients on their Dutch citizenship position and on acquiring Dutch and dual citizenship. This includes court cases for the Dutch citizenship Court in The Hague on reclaiming or confirming one's Dutch citizenship. In addition, I am specialized in residency for entrepreneurs, continued and permanent residency as well as residency for former Dutch nationals. I am a partner of Everaert Advocaten immigration Lawyers since 1 January 2015.
