Biography

Dr Holger Alfes is partner in the Noerr corporate group in the Frankfurt office. For many years he was co-head of Noerr's Capital Markets practice group. His practice focuses on capital markets law, M&A and financing/restructuring transactions as well as group reorganisations and ongoing corporate law advice. Holger regularly advises on complex, cross-border transactions both in the area of public takeovers and M&A-transactions with non-listed companies. He is author of various publications on finance and capital markets topics. He is a German lawyer and also admitted to the New York bar.
