Biography

Abhisaar is a Partner in KCO’s Dispute Resolution practice group in the Delhi NCR Office. She represents both Indian and International Clients in domestic and international arbitrations as well as commercial disputes across a range of sectors with special focus on Infrastructure, Logistics, Freight & Warehousing, Mining, Energy & Natural Resources, and Transportation. Besides oral advocacy, Abhisaar is also routinely engaged by her Clients for pre-dispute advisory and representing them in mediations and conciliations.
