Biography

Sandvik is a tax partner with Arntzen Grette in Oslo, Norway. He has more than 20 years of experience in Norwegian and international tax law. He advises multinational companies, financial institutions and energy companies on tax aspects of M&A and restructurings, including financing arrangements and earn-out models. His advice also addresses VAT and corporate and accounting law issues that arise in transactions and restructuring processes. Sandvik regularly represents taxpayers in tax, transfer pricing and VAT disputes and has represented clients at all levels of the Norwegian court system.
