Biography

Yolanda Azanza joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 as a partner to strengthen the Capital Markets practice. She has 27 years of experience and specializes in all aspects of capital markets, advising issuers and investment banks on cross-border transactions across both fixed income and equity markets, including bond issuances, commercial paper programmes, regulatory capital, covered bonds, IPOs, secondary offerings, and block trades. Her deep market knowledge, combined with strong technical expertise, has enabled her to build long-standing relationships of trust with clients, including financial institutions, multinationals, and major Spanish companies. She also has a strong international profile and has been regularly involved in complex multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions.
