Biography

Andreas Hoger is a Partner at the Frankfurt Office of Hengeler Mueller and his practice areas are large and complex M&A, Private Equity and Corporate, with a particular focus on cross-border and private equity transactions. His most recent work includes advising Five Arrows and DBAG on the acquisition of Totalmobile and Comcast on the sale of Sky DACH to RTL. He also holds a strong track record advising Cinven, IBM, Inflexion, Konecranes, Lone Star, Schneider Electric, TA Associates and more on transactions.
