Biography

Sally is a partner at Slaughter and May and has been with the firm since 2005. She specialises in all areas of corporate and M+A, advising mainly listed clients on public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, activism defence and equity capital markets transactions. Sally is in her second term on the governing board and operating committee of the firm, as well as taking a leading role in legal tech and innovation.
