Biography

KATHARINE A. BOSTICK, Executive Director & Senior Legal Counsel, Novartis Asia Pacific Pharmaceuticals Pte., Asia Head of Litigation & Investigations since July 2023. She leads Compliance investigations and Litigation matters across Asia. Prior to joining Novartis, she served as Assistant General Counsel, Director of Compliance & Litigation, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Microsoft (China) Co. Ltd covering compliance investigations across Asia for many years. She also served as a federal prosecutor for over a decade, in three offices, including the Southern District of New York, Northern District of California and the Department of Justice offices in Washington D.C. She is a member of the New York, California, and Washington D.C bars.
