Stan Robbers

Biography

Stan Robbers is a partner in the corporate law practice of the law firm Heussen in Amsterdam and specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including M&A, investments and joint-ventures. After graduating from Leiden University in 1991, Stan has been a private practitioner since and specialized in corporate law and M&A over the last 30 years. Stan is an active member of the Closely Held Companies committee of the IBA.
